Billionaire Boss

Bruce Springsteen, famously known as “The Boss,” has now joined the ranks of billionaires, with Forbes estimating his net worth at $1.1 billion, a figure they consider conservative. At 74, Springsteen has amassed his fortune primarily over the last few years, thanks largely to the lucrative sale of his music catalog to Sony in 2021, which fetched between $500 to $550 million, marking the most expensive catalog sale by a single artist in history. Additionally, his recent world tour contributed significantly to his wealth, bringing in nearly $380 million from over 3.4 million tickets sold.

Springsteen’s illustrious career spans six decades and includes the sale of 140 million albums worldwide, 21 studio albums, and the accumulation of 20 Grammy Awards. His resilience continues to shine through; even while battling peptic ulcer disease, he has returned to performing and is currently touring Europe, with his next concert scheduled for July 21 in Norway. Bruce Springsteen isn’t just resting on his laurels; he’s rocking harder than ever, proving that age is just a number when you’re born to run.

Lorde Teases New Album with Brief Instagram Snippet: Fans Go Wild

Lorde gave fans a tiny taste of her upcoming fourth album with a very brief clip on her Instagram Story, marking the first official audio teaser from the New Zealand singer’s much-anticipated project since 2021’s Solar Power. In the clip, which was less than two seconds long, Lorde, donning a plaid shirt and pigtails, bopped to a techno-y, dance beat with no lyrics. The reaction from her fans was enormous and emotive, with some declaring that the new music would change their lives.

It isn’t the first time Lorde has piqued interest in her new material; last month, she shared a series of cryptic images with messages that left fans guessing about the album’s themes and content. She has also hinted at song titles such as “Silver Moon” and “Invisible Ink” during performances. Though details remain sparse, the buzz surrounding her forthcoming album continues to grow, leaving fans eagerly awaiting “THE year” when she will release the new tracks.

Do These 6 Tech Habits Mean Your Partner is Cheating?

So, you’ve picked up on some odd behavior from your partner, huh? Maybe it’s time to check out some tech red flags. According to a recent article in the NY Post, there are six key signs that something fishy might be going on. Spoiler alert: If your partner suddenly becomes a passionate advocate for privacy, you might want to pay closer attention.

First up, if your significant other is suddenly glued to their phone like a teenager with a new crush, it’s worth a second look. How about when they become oh-so-careful about clearing their browser history or setting up new passwords without telling you? Yep, another red flag right there. Or, and this one’s a real kicker—if they’re downloading apps you’ve never heard of, it could be more than just a game of Candy Crush.

And let’s not forget about the infamous ghost mode. If they start using their phone’s incognito or private browsing modes like they’re in training to become a spy, it might be time for “the talk.” Location services being turned off mysteriously also make the cut. Everyone loves a good game of hide and seek, but in this case, it’s just shady. Lastly, check out if they’re suddenly making late-night calls or texts. Midnight chats used to be romantic, but now they could be a warning sign!

So, there you have it—six tech clues that could mean there’s trouble in paradise. Now’s the perfect time to have a heart-to-heart or, you know, hire Sherlock Holmes.

Britney Spears Declares Eternal Singledom and Bids Adieu to Instagram

Britney Spears knows how to drop a bombshell, and she did just that when she proclaimed she’d “never be with another man as long as [she] live[s].” The pop icon, known for her bubbly tunes and spotlight-taming prowess, has declared herself single and promptly bid farewell to her Instagram account. Talk about making a statement!

The 42-year-old Princess of Pop didn’t shy away from some digital drama as she very publicly called out her boyfriend, Paul Richard Soliz. With a no-nonsense “I’m single as f**k” announcement, Britney seems more committed to her independence than ever. In true Britney fashion, this public declaration has everyone talking… and double-tapping.

It’s safe to say Britney’s move is the definition of a mic drop. Forget taking a break or ghosting – she straight-up hit the delete button on her Instagram. Will this be a permanent social media detox, or is she just taking a breather? Only time will tell, but one thing’s for sure: If you wanted a hint of drama for your afternoon tea, Britney served it piping hot.

Fans and followers are left with a mix of shock and admiration. It’s an all-new leaf for Britney, marking the end of one digital era as she snubs her ex and reclaims her narrative. Here’s to Britney 2024 – strong, single, and certainly not holding back!

Wearing socks with sandals is cool again?!

A new poll found almost one in six Americans and more than a quarter of young people now think socks-with-sandals is a good look.

26% of people under 30 said it's usually how they roll when they've got sandals on.  Another 11% are on the fence about it.

Only around 10% of people over 40 rock the sandals-and-socks look, and it's even less common among seniors

But that trend reverses when we're talking about sneakers.  Only 4% of young people like wearing sneakers WITHOUT socks, compared to 11% of seniors.

That makes sense, because once you're over 65, who has the time and the flexibility for socks every day.

Dua Lipa

Dua Lipa is set to headline Wembley Stadium on June 20, 2025, marking her largest performance in her homeland to date. The announcement comes hot on the heels of her acclaimed Glastonbury Pyramid Stage performance, where she delivered back-to-back hits, including songs from her latest album, Radical Optimism. Tickets for the monumental show go on sale July 12, with an exclusive presale for O2 customers beginning July 10.

Lipa’s Glastonbury set featured a memorable collaboration with Kevin Parker of Tame Impala, performing their 2015 hit “The Less I Know The Better.” Parker also co-produced and co-wrote seven tracks on Radical Optimism, such as “Houdini,” “Training Season,” and “Illusion,” all of which charted in the U.K. top 10. Her album reached No. 1 on the Official U.K. Albums Chart earlier this year and has seen renewed success following her festival performance.
